Since 2019 she's led transformational retreats across California, Nicaragua, and Croatia — blending movement, music, and community into experiences that feel both freeing and deeply grounding. Nima leads a 45-minute high-intensity strength class that blends heavy weightlifting, HIIT-style cardio, and yoga-inspired elements — designed to build lean muscle and ignite your metabolism. Expect muscle-focused circuits, dynamic warm-ups, and a grounding cooldown with breathwork and stretching.

Absolutely not. Everything is optional. This retreat is designed for you to curate your own experience. Sleep in, skip the cold plunge, join only what calls to you — there are no rules.
Your $300/night covers your room at the private villa, all meals prepared by a private chef, open bar, all wellness sessions, all activities, excursions, and entertainment. You arrive and everything is handled.
